Hey everyone,
I'm Niki. I love the books, I adore the show and I'm excited to meet all who feel the same.
I've been married to my wife for two years, we have a beautiful daughter who is 3 1/2. We live in Northern CA and love musical theatre and traveling. Wow, sounds pretty lame. We previously were into the early Alex/Olivia fandom, now we're obviously hooks on these girls!
Look forward to meeting everyone!

Hi Niki, welcome to the forum! You have a lovely family there. I love musical theater as well as A/O (the first f/f ship I ever got into, in fact. ) If you need anything around the forum, please let me know!

Thanks guys! Yes, that's our family. I'm in the blue, my wife H is in the white and that's our little girl.
It's weird that I meet so many musical theatre people in other fandoms! First with A/O and now R/I, lol. What sort of musicals/performers do you like? I have to say that my favorite right now is Next to Normal, probably cuz a friend of mine starred in it and won the Tony for it (wooooo! Just a tiny touch of bragging/name dropping, ONLY cuz I'm so proud).
Hugs to all.

That's awesome that you know someone on Broadway! I've never heard of that musical, but the premise sounds interesting (looked it up!). I love most musical theater; I've been to see Rent, Wicked and In the Heights, and I love them all. Wicked is my favorite, I think.

I love pretty much everything I've ever heard. Lol. I've seen Wicked on Broadway, the Spring Awakening touring cast, and a local production of Sweeney Todd. I really want to go see Spamalot when it comes in town next year.
